7 The end of the world is coming soon. Therefore, be earnest and disciplined in your prayers. 8 Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins. 9 Cheerfully share your home with those who need a meal or a place to stay.
Since we are even closer to the end of the world today than we were when Peter wrote these words, how much more should we be earnest and disciplined in our prayer lives? How much more important must it be to show deep love for each other, to cheerfully share our homes with those in need? Thank You, Father for allowing us to make the “Fabulous Blount Mansion” a place where people can know the love of God, share a meal, and even crash for the night when need be. What a blessing to show the love of Christ to those who hang out with us in this place!
