Psalm 119

73 You made me; you created me.

Now give me the sense to follow your commands.

“Give me the sense to follow your commands.” Now, THAT is a prayer! I need to claim that prayer as my own. Why is it that I so easily get off track, and try to pull a “li’l brudder” with the attitude of, “I can make it on my own”? (Yes a Homestar Runner reference made this devo). I need the sense to follow the commands of my Lord and Savior, Jesus. Father, keep me close to You, focused on Jesus, and give me the sense to follow Your commands always.
