Ephesians 4
31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. 32 Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
Our Emilies are going through tough times right now, and this passage speaks to me (and hopefully to them) in a mighty way. When we hang on to bitterness, et. al. nothing good can come from it. When we decide to live as Christians being kind, forgiving and loving, life really is much better. Easier said than done, but no less important to put into practice.
