Is Anything Too Hard For God?

Jeremiah 32

27 “I am the LORD, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?”

The LORD asks this question through Jeremiah as the prophet is pronouncing the upcoming destruction of Jerusalem. As I think about this question that God asks about Himself, the “duh” answer of course is NO! However, if I say that I believe nothing is too hard for God, why don’t I live that way? Why do I sometimes try to “help” God take care of things instead of just following His lead. Man, I am as dumb as a rock! No, wait, I must be about as brilliant as a sheep. Hmmm…no wonder Scripture keeps referring to people as sheep. The hooves fit, for realz!
