Habakkuk 3
18b I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!
19 The Sovereign LORD is my strength!
Toward the end of Habakkuk’s prayer comes this proclamation of praise. In the midst of disaster brought about from a refusal of God’s people to obey His Word, the prophet has to just stop and praise the name of the Lord Almighty. No matter how bleak things may seem, we need to praise God for His salvation and for the strength we can have through Him. May my life be a song of praise always. May my joy be evident to all.
