Recalibrating

Psalm 4

5 Offer sacrifices in the right spirit,

and trust the Lord.

Getting your attitude right before offering sacrifices (worshipping) God is essential. God is not interested in us going through the motions. He desires our whole heart, mind, and soul. This week at the North American Christian Convention is a chance for me to recharge. To get my attitude properly adjusted. To recalibrate my faith, using the book of Acts as the proper means of recalibration. To rest my body physically. To reconnect with brothers and sisters from around the globe. One night into the convention, and I am well on my way to achieving those goals. I praise God for this time of Refreshing (and that is next year’s theme).
