Living In Obedience

Psalm 37

37 Look at those who are honest and good,

for a wonderful future awaits those who love peace.

38 But the rebellious will be destroyed;

they have no future.

Rebellion is the definition of sin, isn’t it? To sin is to rebel against God. Those who place their hope and trust in the Lord can indeed look to a bright eternal future, while those who rebel against God have only eternal separation from Him awaiting them. There is no future for those who are Separated from the Creator of Life. There is no hope from those who rebel against the Author of Salvation. May I live my life everyday to help the rebellious repent and come to a saving knowledge of Jesus. Only then, am I living in obedience myself.
