Psalm 34

1 I will praise the Lord at all times.

I will constantly speak his praises.

2 I will boast only in the Lord;

let all who are helpless take heart.

3 Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness;

let us exalt his name together.

Far too often, we think about praising the Lord as something that is confined to the corporate Celebration Service on the Lord’s Day. I like David’s attitude much better: “I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises.” I try to exhibit that attitude in my life every day, because I do believe that God Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, the Author of Life, and the Forgiver of my sins is worthy of my praise every moment of every day of my life!
