Hebrews 9
27 And just as each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment, 28 so also Christ died once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.
I eagerly await the Day of the Lord’s return. The older I get, the more eagerly I await. I know that there is plenty of work for the Kingdom to be done until that Day, and I am all about doing that work. However, if Jesus returned to take His Bride (the church) home before I finished typing this devotional thought out...well, that would RAWK! My prayer daily is, “come quickly, Lord Jesus.”
