Psalm 57
7 My heart is confident in you, O God; my heart is confident. No wonder I can sing your praises!
The only thing in which I place my confidence is God. I have made the mistake of placing confidence in people, in stuff, even in myself. All have failed me one time or another; and many have failed me multiple times! God never fails. Period. I know that when I place my full faith and confidence in God, the BEST thing will happen. Not just good things, but the BEST thing. No wonder I can sing the praises of my Lord!
